Tell us what is still unsold. We will tell you how it moves.
Luxury homes, residential plots, apartment inventory and commercial floors all end in the same place — a serious buyer who is finally ready to sign. Answer a few questions and we will come back with a straight read on which level fits your inventory, what your quarter would look like, and what it would cost.
Four steps, and none of them are a hard sell.
You send this form
Two minutes. Only the first three fields are required — everything below them simply makes our answer sharper.
We read your inventory, not your industry
What you are actually selling, who signs the cheque, how long that decision usually takes, and which of the four situations is costing you most right now.
You get a written proposal
A real document — the level we recommend, the quarter mapped out campaign by campaign, the rate, and exactly what is included. Not a brochure.
You decide, in your own time
If it is not right, say so and we will leave it there. Launch rates are held for anyone already in conversation with us.
Already know you want a single campaign?
Single campaigns are self-serve — you do not need this form or a proposal. Starter ₹9,999 · Advanced ₹14,999 · Max ₹24,999 per campaign. Use one for a launch weekend, a possession announcement, a single tower, or simply as a first look at the work.
We use your details to prepare your proposal and nothing else. No list, no reselling, no automated call sequence.
Four kinds of buyer. Four different lengths of patience.
The engine underneath is identical across every WOW sector. The creative, the language and the buying psychology are not — which is why Real Estate runs on its own site, in its own colour, with its own vocabulary. Tell us which of these you are and the proposal is written for that inventory, not for a generic property brief.
Luxury Real Estate
Very few buyers exist for what you are selling, and each one is worth a great deal. The decision is long, private, and won on how the property is presented before anyone ever walks in.
Residential Houses
A family is choosing a life, not a floor plan. The whole household has an opinion, and the campaign has to reassure all of them at once.
Apartments
Volume inventory that has to move at pace. Units carry cost every month they stay unsold, so the enquiry flow has to be steady rather than spectacular.
Commercial Property
Investors and businesses buying on returns and location logic. Emotion opens the file, but numbers and footfall close it — and the material has to carry both.
Unsold inventory does not sit still. It sits, and it costs.
Nobody tells you the buyer walked into another site office instead. The gap only shows up a quarter later, in a carrying cost and a revised target. Name the force that is costing you most, and it stops being a mystery and starts being a plan.
A document you could hand to your accountant.
We do not send a deck of stock photography and adjectives. You get a written proposal with the level we recommend and the reason we recommend it, a quarter broken into its three campaigns, the monthly rate, the duration options, and the line-by-line detail of what is delivered.
It is a document, not a checkout. Level contracts are never sold through a cart — every one is quoted, written and agreed in the open before anything is signed.
- The recommended level — and an honest note on why not the one above it.
- Your quarter, mapped — three campaigns, in order, with what each one is for.
- The rate and the duration — 3, 6, 9 or 12 months, with the loyalty reward applied.
- Media spend, stated — the share of your fee that goes back into live ad campaigns.
- Lead qualification — how a site-visit enquiry is separated from a browser before it reaches your team.
- What you own at the end — assets, dashboards and a lead pool that stays yours.
Current launch pricing. It will not stay here.
We would rather show you the rise than pretend it is not coming. Every level moves up by forty per cent once the launch window closes — and a contract signed during launch holds its terms for its full length. That is the whole of the urgency, and all of it is true.

Not ready to name a level? Say so on the form.
Choosing “recommend one” is not a weaker enquiry — it is often a better one. We would rather read your inventory and argue for a level than have you talk yourself into the wrong one. If Foundation is the honest answer, we will say Foundation.
Rates shown are per month, exclusive of GST. The launch window is undated — we will confirm your terms in writing before anything is agreed, and those terms hold for the full length of the contract.
The questions people actually ask.
Do I have to commit to a contract to work with you?
No. Single campaigns are a real product in their own right and they are self-serve in the shop — ₹9,999, ₹14,999 or ₹24,999 per campaign. Use one for a launch weekend, a possession announcement or a single tower, or as an extra activation on top of a contract you already hold.
This form is for the level contracts, which are quoted rather than bought.
Our sales cycle is months long. Is one quarter even enough?
A quarter is three months and three campaigns, and that is the minimum honest unit — one campaign tells you very little, three tell you what your buyers actually respond to.
Because property decisions run long, most Real Estate contracts are taken over 6, 9 or 12 months so the pipeline built in the first quarter is still being worked when it matures. The loyalty reward rises with the commitment: 10% at six months, 15% at nine, 20% at twelve.
Where does the money actually go?
During launch, 45% of your fee is deployed as real media spend behind your campaigns. The rest covers the creative, the management, the tracking and the reporting.
After the launch window that reinvestment share drops to 28%. A contract signed now keeps 45% for its full length.
Can I just pay a commission on what you close?
Not as a way to start. We tested commission-only as an entry route and it does not work — for either side.
There is one genuine commission-only product, WOW Offers Sub-Campaigns: a five to ten second video placed on the WOW Offers platform, where we deliver the leads and take a commission on closed sales only. It is a benefit for existing contract holders, not an entry point, and it is never sold on its own.
What do you need from me to run the first campaign?
Access to the site or the property, whatever plans, renders and brand material already exist, and one person who can approve creative. That is genuinely it — the shooting, editing, campaign setup and reporting are ours.
Will this bring us buyers or just enquiries?
Both arrive, and the difference matters more in property than anywhere else. Lead qualification and lead source tracking are built into every level from Foundation upward, so your team can see which enquiries are worth a site visit before spending a day on one.
We will not promise a number of sales. We will show you exactly where every lead came from and what happened to it.
How quickly will I hear back?
Within one working day, from a person who has read what you wrote. If we think we are the wrong fit for your inventory, we will tell you that instead of sending a proposal.
Still unanswered? The full list lives on the master site. Read all campaign FAQs →
Would you rather just talk? That works too.
Some things are faster said than typed — especially a site plan. Book a call and we will walk the four situations with you, look at your inventory honestly, and be straight about whether we are the right fit.
